We are committed to providing the same 15-Minute Promise our customers grew to love when we were Scion Computers. We’ll spend up to 15 minutes evaluating your computer at no charge. There is no charge if the issue can be resolved with a quick adjustment during that evaluation.
If the issue requires additional troubleshooting, parts, or repair work, we’ll explain what we found, recommend the next steps, and get your approval before beginning any billable work. There is no obligation to continue with the repair.
Computer Repair Near You
Elevated Networks offers computer repair for PCs and business computers in Idaho Falls and all of East Idaho.
In-Shop and On-Site Computer Repair Pricing
Many common computer repair services, including operating system reinstalls, data transfers, virus and malware removal, and tune-ups, are available at a flat rate.
All other in-shop repair work is billed in 15-minute increments at $125 per hour, starting at $31.25.
On-site computer and network repair within Idaho Falls city limits has a $175 minimum, which includes travel time and the first hour of service. Additional time is billed at $175 per hour in 15-minute increments. For locations outside Idaho Falls city limits, billable time begins when the technician leaves the city limits and continues through the on-site service.
Appointments and Walk-Ins
Computer repair is available by appointment or walk-in at our downtown Idaho Falls office at 527 Park Avenue.
Walk-ins are welcome, although immediate technician availability cannot always be guaranteed.
If our repair queue is busy, we may check your computer in and evaluate it during the next available service window.
Checking in your computer does not change our 15-Minute Promise. Your initial evaluation is handled the same way, whether we can begin while you wait or need to contact you after the evaluation.
