Felix served in the Marine Corps as a Network Engineer and was deployed twice supporting network operations throughout the Middle East. He achieved the rank of Sergeant during his active duty. Felix is a very talented network engineer with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve user, network, and service issues remotely and in person. Felix has over 8 years of end-user Windows desktop support, Windows Server, VMware, switching/routing experience. He loves to figure things out and create solutions wherever there is a need.
